We are looking for a developer colleague for our long-term product development project with one of our largest partners. Founded in 2003, our company has grown into a 120-person, employee- and manager-owned organization with a stable business and financial background, serving more than 50 returning corporate clients. We develop and implement applications to address business challenges and provide long-term operational support. Our strongest differentiator is business process automation. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs
  • Build scalable, reliable, and secure systems to support Wizz Air’s digital platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features
  • Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
  • Drive best practices in API design, testing, and documentation

 

Requirements

  • 6+ years of backend development experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing highly scalable REST APIs
  • Experience with Typescirpt, in Node.js
  • The ability to develop and mentor the developers of the team
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback and collaboration
  • Great attention to details
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API development, HTTP, authentication, and versioning
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, GitHub Actions
