• Role overview: The Project Manager will lead the delivery of TV Platform integration, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical and vendor capabilities, stakeholder requirements, regional program governance and overall timing of the program. This role requires strong experience managing complex technology projects in international group environment with multiple stakeholders.

Task

• Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of local deliverables such as TV Platform's IT integration, Product development, Process development, Operational model and go to market activities.
• Be aligned with regional TV platform deployment — from project initiation to go-live and post-launch operations and management hand over and optimization.
• Provide day-to-day management of all project workstreams - maintain cooperation with Stream leads
• Coordinate activities across multiple vendors and technical teams (TV platform vendor, IT development vendor, NetCo, ComCo, and local content distribution partners (connectivity, content source and metadata providers)) 
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, critical path analysis, and resource allocation plans. 
• Monitor project progress against milestones and proactively identify potential delays or blockers. These escalate to Project Sponsor, Regional Program Manager and Project Steering Committee members.  
• Monitor project risk and provide mitigation plans. Maintain Risk Matrix. 
• Perform stakeholder management, communication and approval process, risk management, and regular status reporting to Project Steering Committee.
• Maintain synchronous execution of planning, development and execution tasks between Regional Program and Local Project where applicable

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with IPTV, OTT, or broadcast/multimedia technology an advantage.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Effective communication and presentation skills at both technical and executive levels.
• Background in media, telecom, or digital entertainment.
• Experience with complex projects in international environment.
