About the Project

The current upstream petro-technical application portfolio is not fully aligned with evolving business needs, resulting in inefficiencies in analysis, modeling, and technical project execution. Existing tools and workflows may not adequately support the increasing demand for advanced capabilities, new analytical methods, and higher user expectations. Without modernization and optimization, the organization risks reduced agility, slower project delivery, and missed opportunities for innovation in exploration and production. Current project includes 10 different software-related items/demands.
