Project details:

Developed a high-level strategy execution roadmap that contains both individual business demands and other system improvements as backlog elements. The Program is structured as a 3+ year multiyear delivery initiative, where Phase 1 prioritizes demands that: form the foundation of the new Product offering, are having quickest go to market, and deliver immediate customer satisfaction improvements. Strategy roadmap is split by phases based on the priority backlog items. The current project (Phase 1) focuses on high-priority items and includes key business initiatives (like implementing Fleet Manager Application, launching a unified marketing platform, enhancing card system connectivity for trucks and mixed fleets, etc.) amongst other small-mid size improvements.

Requested Experience and Skills: 

  • Expertise in Fleet Card Management Systems, API design, and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with payment authorization flows, tokenization, and secure transaction handling
  • Ability to translate fleet business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Contribute into defining, publishing and maintaining domain-specific standards (RA, ABB, SBB) aligned with enterprise guidelines
  • Develop BRD Conceptual Designs within the domain(s)
  • Review, advise and design standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impacts on the relevant sub-domain business processes and goals
  • Support project and solution relevant architecture decisions, influencing projects and initiatives within the domain
