,We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of application development security, SAST and secure coding, cryptography and secret management, DevSecOps standards, security features, access management and general cyber security. This role involves to participate in the design and management of security principles in cloud and on-prem (preferably .NET) environments to ensure the highest level of protection for our organization's data and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Left: Ensure good security posture in the terms of application development, always keep security in mind, be a technical help under when remediating pentest/SAST/other issues, evangelize the cyber security requirements and/or give a hand with a solution’s technical details
- Lead the development and implementation of robust security architectures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Security Standards: Facilitate compliance with DevSecOps standards and oversee integratation of security measures into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's infrastructure.
- Monitoring and Response: Establish and maintain security monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats, and continuously improve the security posture of the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a CyberSecurity Expert and/or Security Architect with a proven background in designing and implementing security principles.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of security features and services, Infrastructure and Network security
- DevSecOps: Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and integration of security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or equivalent.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
- Additional Certifications: Additional certifications in cloud security or DevSecOps.
